Ordering & Shipping

Ordering: You may place an order with us by either email, or calling our toll-free number. By email, you can reach us directly from the web site. By phone, please call our 24 hour answering service at 407-248-2898 and follow the prompt on the recording. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Please be sure to give us your name, address, zip code, and telephone number (in case we have a problem with your order). Next tell us the CD(s) you'd like to purchase.

Shipping: Shipping is based on domestic shipping rates (International orders may incur additional charges). There is no shipping on tickets or sponsorships. You will be charged shipping based on total cost of your order. In general, you should expect to pay $3 for one CD, $4 for two CDs, $6 for three CDs, and $6 for four to six CDs. Larger orders will be determined by the size of the order. We ship via US mail, and if the items are in stock, they are shipped the same day they are ordered. If your order requires a different method of shipping, we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
